No minimum run for the first template. We will quote the sample cut up front and, once approved, lock the dimensions into your recurring order.
Courier, drop-off, or a simple technical drawing. We need the vessel, or its exact internal dimensions to start.
We map the internal angles, rim width, base curve and fill level. Every cut is calculated for the exact fit and dilution profile.
A test piece is hand-cut from the same slow-frozen block we use for the standard range. You approve it before anything goes into production.

We cut from solid, directionally-frozen blocks so the ice stays clear and structurally sound even at unusual angles. Recent custom work includes tapered spears, faceted diamonds, brand-embossed blocks, rounded coupe inserts, and oversized cylinders for sharing serves.
We know your programme changes with the menu. A custom cut ice block is templated once, then repeated to the same spec every week. When you change glassware, we update the template and keep the delivery schedule intact.

Please note: The Ice Design tool is intended as a visual planning and guidance tool and cannot replace testing with the physical glassware. Glass dimensions, wall thickness, manufacturing tolerances and internal profiles can vary, even between glasses of the same stated size.
For this reason, we recommend allowing at least 1 mm clearance between the ice and the glass at all points. If the fit is particularly close, please send us a physical sample of the glass before ordering so we can confirm the most suitable ice dimensions.
Measure inside, not outside. For the most accurate result, always enter the internal dimensions of your glass at the points indicated in the designer.
